Semi Automatic EPS Block MouldinFeature and Feature
- The machine adopts PLC programmable industrial controller and touch screen to make mould opening and closing, feeding, heating, temperature keeping, cooling, de-moulding, injection and so on recycled automatically.
- The machine adopts auto vacuum control system in feeding heating, temperature keeping precess (in vacuum cool block)
- The vacuum system is made up of vacuum tanks, vacuum condensate tank, high-efficiency watering vacuum pump and so on.
- The machine is welded by qualified shape steel, after rust cleaning polishing, leveling and aging treatment, the machine has a high strength. The block moulding is fast, the panels are uniform, the panels have low moisture content, and small distortion.
- THE MOULD CHAMBER ADOPTS TEFLON (Optional), which makes the de-moulding easy.
- Adopts three Germany gauges and safety valve for multi-safety protection. The machine will be tested by water pressure and steam, ensure the machine more stable and safe.
- Three ball valves, comparing one big team valve control system, saves % steam, with ISO standard butterfly valves, greatly improve stability and long life.
- Adopts PLC and touch screen (Siemens) for easy operation.
- The foam pressure sensor is optional and whole procedure for filling, heating cooling will be controlled automatically PLC.
- Block conveying line and electronic weighing scale for the machine is optional.
